Alder Creek Distillery Releases New Bourbon Cream Liqueur

Alder Creek Distillery, a renowned craft distillery located at Idol Ridge Winery, is excited to announce the launch of its newest product, Bourbon Cream Liqueur. This unique blend of premium bourbon and rich New York cream delivers a bold, creamy, and smooth experience, further cementing Alder Creek’s reputation for producing exceptional small-batch spirits.

Owned by the Martin family, Alder Creek Distillery has quickly become a beacon of quality in the craft distilling world. Specializing in premium whiskeys, including bourbon finished in maple syrup barrels and an eight-year-aged rye whiskey, Alder Creek has consistently pushed the boundaries of flavor and craftsmanship. In 2023, the distillery was awarded Best in Class Brandy for their Nashi Pear Brandy, a spirit distilled 100% from Asian pears, highlighting their innovative approach to distilling.

The Martin family’s journey into craft distilling began in 2007 with the opening of Hidden Marsh Distillery at Montezuma Winery in Seneca Falls. At that time, there were only six distilleries in New York State. The Martins were instrumental in lobbying for legislative changes in Albany, making it easier for others to follow in their pioneering footsteps. The success of Hidden Marsh laid the foundation for the establishment of Alder Creek Distillery, where the Martins continue to produce premium whiskeys and other distinguished small-batch spirits.

Visitors are invited to sample and purchase the new Bourbon Cream Liqueur at the Alder Creek Distillery tasting room, located at Idol Ridge Winery on Seneca Lake in Lodi. The tasting room is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM.
