A Great Competition For An Even Better Cause
We brought home 5 awards from the 2018 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition held by Camp Good Days. We are honored and thankful for being awarded these medals but also for being a part of a competition with a purpose. This wine competition helps benefit Camp Good Days, an organization that provides programs and services for those affected by cancer. Camp Good Days is now in multiple states and even countries and continues to bring smiles to those all over the world.
In addition to winning medals at the FLIWC, we also participated in the judging. Our winemaker, Phil, volunteered to help judge all of the wines for the competition. He was very happy that he could be a part of this amazing competition alongside many other judges.
The Finger Lakes International Wine Competition isn’t just about winning medals, but about the cause behind it. We are so glad we could be a part of this competition and are excited for the many more to come!
We were awarded the following:
Silver– String of Pearls
Bronze– Reserve Pinot Noir 2014, Cabernet Franc 2015, Chardonnay Unoaked 2016 and Vidal Blanc Icewine Reserve 2014
